The food was excellent. the Restaurant was clean, staff was very inviting. This is a new spot for my gatherings

The food is incredible! Sometimes they get backed up and you might wait a little, but it's totally worth it. Nice staff and the best ribs and wings in the area.

Clean great tasty food. Potato salad is fabulous and would make a special trip to have.

I dined at Rochester's for a mixer. The food was very good. I dined on ribs, collard greens, and macaroni salad. It was tasty.

The food was good...I ordered pork ribs and my husband had beef ribs...both were tasty and tender...the potato salad and greens we're good also...i would definitely recommend...staff was really pleasant...the only thing I didn't like was the cornbread...taste like a botched up cake...but I will return

Omg!!! The food is da BOMB!!! Good food great service please check it out its the best food within miles of Willingboro New Jersey. If you like bbq and fried seafood this is the place to be!! Its worth the trip. I had the fish and ribs, with the 3 bean soup and cabbage check out my picture!! The food was hot fresh and amazing!!

Love this food! My mom who is 93 years old ate her meal and then walked away from her walker. She said “the food tasted so good I forgot!”I had a bit of a takeout mishap but I told my mom “ I am not mad at them because the food tastes too good! And I will be back again!”Great southern cuisine! I bought a few platters and cobbler for my dad for his birthday. He will be 96 years old. Rochester’s great food!!

First and Last. Shrimp taste just like cheap beer with garlic. Not impressed. Fries were burnt and the fish was not good.

Feb 22, 2019 Just left with my wife and cousin. This place has great tasting food. Trust me you get great size portions. There was enough food to feed our 2 children when we got home. This was my second time and it was fabulous. Mike the musician was singing and playing the keyboard. Very entertaining and interacting with us. I met one of the owners or family members tonight. He met my wife and cousins. A very humble brother. May the Lord bless this establishment to be prosperous to the point they will have to expand. I highly recommend this place. By the way my name is Brian L and my family will be back again in a much larger group.

I found this place courtesy of JL Jupiter's YouTube channel and I concur that the food here is excellent, combined with great service, atmosphere and ambiance. Hey, I traveled quite a few miles to get here and I was not disappointed. 👍🏾👍🏾😊

last night was our first time in this place. But It is obviously not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the efficient service, with the exceptional cooking and booze and with the modest payment. We will definitely come back soon.

I took my Hospitality Ministry to Rochester's BBQ yesterday, Sunday December 15th. The Ladies had never been there before. The atmosphere was very laid back, the decor reminds me of a jazz club. Our waitress, Ms. Nina, was very friendly and made suggestions for our appetizer and entree. We had Galic Shrimp with Hushpuppies. Delicious! She suggested the Seafood platter. We had Whiting (alot), Jumbo Crab Cake (1), and Shrimp(4-big ones), our sides were greens and macaroni and cheese, with Hushpuppies. DELICIOUS! We had enough food on our plates for 3 meals!! She asked did we want dessert, we were full from our platters. So we got dessert to go.Mr. Vincent Rochester (Owner) spoke to us after we had our meals, he told us about the live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Go check them out!! Nice place! Great food!

Never a constancy with there food. The last two times I came my food has been bad or going bad never ordering from here again

Tender need brisket and lightly breaded and fried catfish with yummy come slaw and fries. Good southern cooking. Can't wait to try more.

I went their for Father's Day dinner we got their at 4:45 we didn't leave this restaurant until 7:45 we had to wait for our food which took 2 hours to get. I like to support black own businesses but they wasn't prepared at all smh they had people walking out. They kept on ignoring the phone that stayed ringing off the hook the only good thing I have to say about this establishment is that the macaroni salad was good and the ribs the grilled chicken could've been cooked a little bit longer...

If you never had good cooking bull go to write Chester's bar and grill BYOB and some good punch

I traveled for an hour and 20 minutes and was not at all impressed. I thought I was getting something different and found the food was not what was expected. The sides need a lot of work. I found hair in my macaroni salad and what was supposed to be hot was cold after waiting for about 30 minutes more after ordering in advance. Also, the banana pudding was spoiled. I had taken my husband and his friend there for Father's Day. The friend did enjoy the BBQ chicken. I baked a pan of macaroni and cheese when I returned home. I won't be making any special trips there again. I guess those who raved about the food does not or have not really had delicious food. Also, I like fresh fish, the Whiting was frozen and tough and dry. My husband was very disappointed! I'm an going to reach out to my credit card company to see about disputing some of this order.

The best BBQ I have had in a long time. Didn't need salt or more BBQ sauce. The portion amount was great and the service friendly.

My experience was AMAZING! As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door. The service was absolutely fantastic! The gentleman helped me pick out what he thought I would love! When the food came out I surely did LOVE IT!!! I had the BBQ chicken, Mac and cheese, and string beans. I was not expecting the portions to be so generous! Everything was so amazing!

The full rack of beef ribs are gargantuan and size and flavor. Then back two times since my first visit a month ago. Best barbecue in the area.

The service was great! Nice atmosphere and relaxing music. The food was excellent! We had almost every item and each was delicious! Huge portions. Will definitely be returning again and will spread the word!

Very good catfish platter, not too seasoned not underseasoned. Potato salad was great as well and full of flavor. Hush puppies were decent. Lastly cabbage had a lot of flavor and a unique spin on it.

Staff are extremely nice and welcoming! I had the ETR special and it was delicious. The corn bread and Mac and cheese were amazing. The wonderful customer service and atmosphere combined with the great food definitely makes this a place that I’ll be coming back to again!!

Very timely service by a cheerful younger lady who was attentive from start to finish. The beef ribs were tender and tasteful. And, the bread pudding was excellent.

I've been coming here for a few years now and I have never been disappointed! Weekday or weekends there's always something delicious to be tried. The staff is very friendly and professional...the food...OMG...the food is EXCELLENT!! I try to order something different each time but the fried chicken and the beef ribs are my favorite!! They offer live music on some nights...very classy. The restaurant is very clean and tastefully decorated too...plenty of seating. You have to give them a try..you will not be disappointed!!

Service was slow and horrible. Had to wait over an hour for dine in food. Food was inedible, spices from pulled chicken over-powered the entire dish. Sides were sub par at best. The worst part of the experience was the lack of empathy from the owner. Instead of owning up to the mistakes of his establishment (due to lack of staffing) and making accommodations for the customer. He was very defensive, unapologetic, and apathetic. During my visit, two tables of patrons walked out due to poor service. I will never return to this establishment again.

Hubby and I went on a Saturday evening. We were immediately taken in by the beautiful wall paintings and warm decor. The staff was kind and accommodating. Our server was new and nervous but she was very helpful. When some items were no longer available, she brought us great replacements. When our food came, we were so pleased with the taste and the size of the portions. I had the catfish, greens and potato salad. He had ribs, Ollie's baked beans and yellow rice. The food was excellent. While our visit wasn't flawless, they worked diligently to ensure we enjoyed our meal. I appreciate that in an establishment and we will return.

Hello, I went to this establishment today as I like to support black owned businesses. However, I am so disappointed at the service today. After waiting an hour and forty-five minutes for a pick up order I am not overly impressed. And I think it is a combination of too little help and too many customers. My order was incorrect and the food (ribs) were not completely done. I stayed and didn't walk out is because when I told 80 yrs old dad I was going there, he lit up and started talking about his childhood. I want to thank the Chef, Mr. Rochester who tried to help but it could not be salvaged, it was a train wreck.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious and the service was excellent! The entertainment was super! I would definely come back any time I'm in town! They serviced my Aunt Rose's 90th birthday dinner and we had a ball!!!! Thank you so much, once again!!!!

my husband and i went there for our anniversary. the food was delicious. the customer service as great, even with the chefs cooking when food is ordered.however, we went there on valentine's day for a second time, and it just wasn't as good. he didn't enjoy his salmon the second time. and the macaroni tuna salad was so salty.

Ok... so the Hush puppies were amazing!!!! 😜😍.... but my people's chicken was burnt... I had beans... why all the excess juice from the beans insideof the bag???? The macaroni and cheese was ok. Not okay... just ok. Can't get all the letters. Greens were good but not traditional, not like after church greens. And please.... don't make the mistake of thinking you're going to taste your grandmother's peach Cobbler... cause that ain't it!!!

Great food and the owner walks around and chats to ensure your enjoying everything. They also had live entertainment the night we visited. Enjoyable!

I ordered take out here on March 7, 2020, I like to support African American businesses so I gave it a try. I ordered food for my son n I. I got the Pork ribs, yams, yellow rice n collard greens n my son got the hot wings with mac n cheeseThe food looked n smelled really good I couldn't wait to get home n eat. I was very disappointed tho my ribs were very very tuff and dried out I couldn't eat them, and my sides had a funny taste to them. So I tried a wing n they also was dried out and tuff. The sauce was the best thing n I just looked at JL Jupiter you tube video on this place n there food didn't look like mine there food was freshly cooked not left overs from a few days n microwaved.

I picked up 2 pulled pork platters today to go after work. A co-worker raved about the food and on a whim, I decided to try this place out. The food is incredible! The portions are enough to save half for leftovers. Problem is, I couldn’t stop eating because it’s so delicious. My son let me taste the banana pudding. By far the best I’ve ever tasted. I didn’t have to wait long and enjoyed the singer. Cant wait to try different items off the menu in the future.
